Chris could have easily kept pumping knowing this was the problem and charged us a huge amount; instead he was extremely straightforward about the situation, the possible costs, and even some temporary options to use until the flood water went down in my yard. For reasons out of his control, our repair took a few days and he maintained the same level of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process.
