First, Chris was available to clean out our septic system when no one else in the area was. Chris could have easily kept pumping knowing this was the problem and charged us a huge amount; instead he was extremely straightforward about the situation, the possible costs, and even some temporary options to use until the flood water went down in my yard. I recommend Chris (L&L) for his availability, expediency, honesty, knowledge, and overall professionalism.
