He and his technician showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress along the way. For reasons out of his control, our repair took a few days and he maintained the same level of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process. Chris could have easily kept pumping knowing this was the problem and charged us a huge amount; instead he was extremely straightforward about the situation, the possible costs, and even some temporary options to use until the flood water went down in my yard.
