Chris could have easily kept pumping knowing this was the problem and charged us a huge amount; instead he was extremely straightforward about the situation, the possible costs, and even some temporary options to use until the flood water went down in my yard. I recommend Chris (L&L) for his availability, expediency, honesty, knowledge, and overall professionalism.
